My name is Michael A. DeJohn.  I'm an attorney located in the City of ERIE and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  My primary area of practice is criminal law.  When a person is charged with a crime, it not only affects the individual charged, but that person's family members as well.  Anytime you or someone you know is charged with an offense in which they could lose their liberty, it should be treated with the highest importance.  That's my philosophy.

 
I've represented over 5,000 people charged with crimes ranging from serious felony offenses, including homicide and attempted homicide, to minor misdmeanor offenses.  Further, I've handled hundreds of DUI cases over the past eleven years.  I have also successfully represented hundreds of juveniles over the past decade.
